I use it to create church worship bulletin booklets. The instructions are clear — it takes a PDF file and makes it into a booklet with each page in the original becoming a page in the booklet. It does not take a WORD or PAGES document and automatically convert it into a book. However, you can make your own pages for the book very easily.

To make a folded “Letter sized” booklet, open your word processing program and start with “legal” size pages in portrait mode. To make the print in the booklet 11 point font, use 18 point in the original; 14 point in the booklet will be about 23 point in the original; 16 point in the booklet will be about 26 point in the original. Type or import your document accordingly, setting up the pages how you want them to appear in the finished booklet. When you are finished, convert/export the file to a PDF. Open “Create Booklet” and choose Create Booklet from PDF file. Find your newly made PDF file, and let the program create the booklet. Then send it to your printer. (If you want to create a folded “Legal sized” booklet, use “letter” sized pages in portrait mode and adjust the fonts accordingly)
